Qualifications

• Conveyancing lawyer with 2+ years PQE
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing
• Experience advising on buying/selling houses and drafting contracts

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and busy conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases
• Assist with remortgages, equity release and transfers of equity
• Advise on shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
• Draft contracts, lock-out agreements and property transfers

Conveyancing Lawyer experience to include:

• Manage a varied and busy caseload from instruction to post completion
• Freehold and leasehold conveyancing
• Sales & Purchases
• Remortgages & equity release
• Transfers of equity
• Right to Buy
• Shared Ownership Schemes and lease
• Advising on the buying and selling houses, including drafting contracts, lock-out agreements and property transfers
• Advising on shared ownership sales and purchases and lease extensions
