Job summary

Law Staff Ltd is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer with 2+ years PQE to support a top 500 legal client near Stansted. A dedicated conveyancing lawyer will join a firm offering real career progression in a friendly, focused environment.

The role involves managing a varied caseload across freehold/leasehold, sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release, and transfers of equity, with opportunities in Right to Buy and shared ownership schemes. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Post‑Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing.
• Experience handling freehold/leasehold, sales and purchases, remortgages and equity release.
• Advising on transfers of equity, Right to Buy, and shared ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and busy caseload from instruction to post‑completion.
• Freehold and leasehold conveyancing.

• Advising on buying and selling houses, including drafting contracts, lock‑out agreements and property transfers
• Advising on shared ownership sales and purchases and lease extensions
