Law Staff Ltd is recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer for a top legal 500 client based in the Cotswolds. The role requires 2+ years PQE and offers hybrid working, an enhanced pension, health insurance, death in service and a competitive benefits package.

• 2+ years PQE in conveyancing.
• Experience handling Freehold and Leasehold transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied and busy caseload from instruction to post completion.
• Freehold and leasehold conveyancing.
• Sales & Purchases.
• Remortgages & equity release.
• Transfers of equity and Right to Buy.
• Shared Ownership Schemes and lease extensions.
• Advising on buying and selling houses, drafting contracts, lock‑out agreements and property transfers.
