Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer for a top UK firm near Stansted. The role supports a busy practice with hybrid working and a strong benefits package including Perkbox and enhanced pension.

The candidate will handle a full range of conveyancing matters, from instruction through post-completion, with a focus on residential property work and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE in conveyancing.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and busy caseload from instruction to post completion.
• Handle freehold/leasehold conveyancing and remortgages.
• Advise on buying/selling houses, drafts contracts and related property transfers.
• Assist with equity release, transfers of equity, Right to Buy and shared ownership matters.

• Manage a varied and busy caseload from instruction to post completion
• Freehold and leasehold conveyancing
• Sales & Purchases
• Remortgages & equity release
• Transfers of equity
• Right to Buy
• Shared Ownership Schemes and lease
• Advising on the buying and selling houses, including drafting contracts, lock-out agreements and property transfers
• Advising on shared ownership sales and purchases and lease extensions.
