Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer for a top legal 500 client in the Cotswolds. The role offers hybrid working, enhanced pension, health insurance, death in service and other benefits.

You will handle a busy caseload from instruction to post completion, including freehold/leasehold matters, sales and purchases, remortgages and equity releases. The firm prides itself on career progression and a friendly, focused environment, with recognised expertise in property

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in conveyancing.
• Experience with freehold/leasehold, sales and purchases.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload end-to-end.
• Excellent client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and busy conveyancing caseload from instruction to post completion.
• Advise on freehold/leasehold conveyancing, sales and purchases, remortgages and equity release.
• Draft contracts, lock-out agreements and property transfers, and advise on shared ownership sales/purchases and lease extensions.
