About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals, supporting a diverse range of property transactions. You’ll gain exposure to both standard and specialist conveyancing matters, with opportunities to develop your expertise in areas such as:

  • Assents of legal title and beneficial shares in property
  • Sales and purchases of beneficial shares
  • Applications for registration of registered and unregistered land
  • SDLT returns and property gifting
  • Trust Registration Service requirements
  • Updating legal title and trustee information
  • Forms DJP and SEV, and address updates
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing (freehold and leasehold preferred)
