Job summary

BCL Legal Limited is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer to work remotely from home or in the office, handling a manageable caseload with full support from the firm’s in-house teams. The role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and teamwork within a small, sociable group.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of 60-70 residential files with full support.
• No new business generation required; in-house teams handle admin and post-completion tasks to free up fee-earning time.

Residential Conveyancer - Home based

THE OPPORTUNITY

• The firm is recruiting a residential property solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or an experienced residential conveyancer to work full time from home or in the office
• You do not need generate your own business as you will be fully supported by the firm's in-house account and administration teams who will look after i.e. post completion for you freeing up your time to focus on fee earning
• Manageable varied caseload of 60-70 files with full support

REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience handling your own residential property files
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• A keen eye for detail
• Able to work as part of and integrate into a small team that is social and supportive of each other
