Job summary

BPLS is a growing conveyancing firm offering a genuinely manageable caseload and onboarding support so you can focus on delivering excellent client service.

We’re looking for experienced Conveyancers with 1.5–2 years of managing Purchase Conveyancing caseloads, including leasehold, freehold and shared ownership, plus knowledge of the Building Safety Act. Join us to influence how things are done and progress your career with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5–2 years managing your own Purchase Conveyancing caseload.
• Experience with leasehold and freehold purchases.
• Experience with shared ownership transactions.
• Knowledge of the Building Safety Act.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
• Conduct title checks, raise and respond to enquiries, and preparing reports
• Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
• Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records
• Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction

BPLS is a growing conveyancing firm and we're looking for experienced Conveyancers to join us.

With a genuinely manageable caseload of c.60 files, you will receive onboarding and post-completion support, so you can comfortably manage your caseload and focus on providing the best service to our clients.

Key responsibilities:
