Job summary

BPLS is seeking experienced Conveyancers to join our growing practice in Preston. This full-time, on-site role handles a manageable caseload of about 60 files with onboarding and post-completion support to help you focus on delivering excellent client service.

Essential experience includes 1.5–2 years managing Purchase Conveyancing, leasehold and freehold purchases, shared ownership transactions, and Help to Buy. We offer a generous benefits package and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5-2 years managing your own Purchase Conveyancing caseload
• Leasehold and freehold purchases
• Shared ownership transactions
• Help to Buy

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
• Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports
• Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
• Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records
• Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction
