Job summary

Focus 5 Recruitment is partnering with a growing business to recruit a Digital Content Specialist. This role blends writing, visual content creation, digital marketing and performance analysis to drive conversions across landing pages, emails and customer journeys.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, measure impact and continually optimise content based on data and customer insight. A strong commercial mindset and ownership of campaigns are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital content marketing or conversion-focused roles.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging copy.
• Experience creating visual content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of landing pages, email marketing and digital customer journeys.
• Ability to analyse performance data to inform content and campaign improvements.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and creating search-optimised content.

Responsibilities

• Create persuasive copy and visual content for landing pages, emails, websites, blogs and digital campaigns.
• Develop and optimise landing pages and emails with a focus on engagement and conversion.
• Develop content and creative that supports lead generation and customer nurturing.
• Produce engaging visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences and channels across the customer journey.
• Support SEO, blog, and wider content marketing activities.
• Review campaign performance and use analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Test and refine messaging, creative and journeys to boost engagement and conversion.
• Support CRM and personalised customer journeys.
