Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales-focused role.
• Ability to convert enquiries into bookings across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of the full sales journey and pipeline management.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, trackers and reporting.
• Experience with email marketing and digital outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert incoming enquiries across email, WhatsApp, social media, telephone and other digital channels.
• Proactively follow up warm leads, nurture prospective patients and move enquiries towards a booking.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide performance reporting.
• Support email marketing activity and optimise subject lines, open rates, CTAs.
