Job summary

Pall Mall Medical in Manchester is seeking a Medical Enquiry Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients exploring medical and Radiology appointments. You will guide enquiries from initial contact through to booking, with a blend of sales, care, and relationship building.

About The Role

As a Medical Enquiry Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients exploring medical and Radiology appointments, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to booking. Your role is a blend of sales, customer care, and relationship building, ensuring every patient receives a 5 star experience.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, providing guidance on our medical services, pricing, appointments and available options while converting enquiries into booked appointments. We offer a competitive commission structure, ongoing training, and a dynamic team environment where your success is rewarded.

No experience in the healthcare industry? No problem! Full training is provided to help you become confident and knowledgeable across our medical and Radiology services.

Hours and Schedule

• Full time = 37.5 hours per week
• 5 from 7 x 7.5 hour shifts between Monday to Sunday (8am-8pm)
• 4 weekend days per month (minimum 1 weekend off per month)
