Pall Mall Medical in the North West is hiring for a commercially minded Sales and Conversion specialist. The role turns enquiries into bookings across email, WhatsApp, social media, telephone and other digital channels, owning the end-to-end sales journey.

You will nurture leads, follow up warm prospects, maintain CRM records and use data to improve engagement and revenue. A proven ability to hit KPIs and convert opportunities across multiple channels is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a sales-focused role with evidence of converting enquiries into sales, appointments or bookings.
• Experience engaging and following up leads across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, telephone or social media.
• A natural salesperson who is confident asking for the sale, overcoming objections and progressing opportunities.
• Commercially minded, target-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• An understanding of lead nurturing and how to move prospects from initial enquiry through to conversion.

Aufgaben

• Manage and convert incoming enquiries across email, WhatsApp, social media, telephone and other digital channels.
• Proactively follow up warm leads, nurture prospective patients and move enquiries towards a clear next step or booking.
• Look after different sections of the patient journey.
• Use effective sales messaging, objection handling and calls to action to improve response and conversion rates.
• Monitor lead sources and enquiry quality, identifying opportunities for improvement in conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, trackers and reporting so activity, pipeline progress and outcomes are visible.
• Support email marketing activity and understand how subject lines, open rates, click through rates and CTAs affect performance.
