Hollybank Trustees Ltd in the UK is hiring a Service Specialist to join its 24/7 control room team. The role involves handling customer inquiries across phone, email and live chat, booking services, and updating our bespoke in-house system.

Works on a 4 on/4 off, 12-hour day and night shift schedule from Harlow. We seek an enthusiastic, outgoing candidate with a passion for customer service, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for emergency job bookings and complex queries.

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve queries.
• Allocate jobs to the network and drive performance.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and data accuracy.
