Corps Security is seeking an experienced Control Room Operator to detect and prevent incidents on a designated site. You will work 48hrs per week on a mixed shift pattern of days and nights 07:00-19:00/19:00-07:00, ensuring rapid, accurate response to alarms and events.

Key requirements include holding a valid SIA CCTV and SIA DS Licence, prior control room and CCTV system experience, and strong IT skills. The role offers comprehensive benefits as part of a Real Living Wage Foundation partner.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Must hold a valid SIA CCTV licence (CCTV) – essential.
• Must hold a valid SIA DS licence – essential.
• Previous control room experience – essential.
• Previous CCTV system experience – essential.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Excel.
• Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise daily with peers, management and client.
• Operate, monitor and prioritise security systems in the Control Centre.
• Manage access and egress in line with instructions.
• Record events and actions monitored from the control room.
• Respond to incidents or security issues; escalate as required.
• Report faults with technology following escalation process.
• Work with emergency services and other providers to maintain standards.
• Produce written incident reports as required by client and company.
• Ensure safety of all persons on site.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
