Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. at the M&S Foods site in Bradford seeks a skilled Control Room Team Manager to lead the operation, drive performance and develop colleagues.

You will coordinate with Operations, Transport, Planning and Stock to deliver on service and efficiency targets. The role is full-time and permanent, operating 14:00–22:00 on a 5-from-7 rota, with a salary of up to £34,000 and 33 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams within a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Control Room team to achieve operational targets.
• Manage order flow and prioritisation to meet transport plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with GXO procedures, health & safety standards, and best practices.
