Job summary

North Wales Police is offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity as a Control Room Apprentice. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while working towards an NVQ level 2 in Customer Service. You'll be part of a dedicated team, responsible for managing calls and supporting various operational functions.

The successful candidate will gain foundational skills in administration and customer service within a dynamic environment. Applicants should have at least 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.

Qualifications

• Understand IT packages including Microsoft Office.
• Exhibit good communication abilities.
• Be able to contribute effectively in a team setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to the public.
• Answer calls and direct them appropriately.
• Operate the switchboard fault reporting system.
• Support Control Room Operations as needed.
• Receive and transmit data/messages effectively.
