Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions with strategic planning and roadmap development skills.
• Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plug-ins, integrations, and automated testing frameworks.
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience understanding.
• Proven experience in driving improvement initiatives and managing organizational change in complex IT environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation.
• Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, prioritizing deliverables and enhancements.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to influence and implement the roadmap.
• Gather requirements from business units and IT to inform strategy.
• Communicate strategy and plans effectively across organizational levels.
• Build relationships across departments to foster collaboration.
• Lead testing, observability, and automation initiatives, including designing testing frameworks and monitoring systems.
• Automate critical operational processes to improve efficiency.

Feature Innovation & Self Service:

• Identify and prioritize new features based on feedback.
• Develop self-service tools to improve user experience and compliance.
• Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
