Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development.
  • Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plug-ins integration and automated testing frameworks.
  • Broad IT infrastructure knowledge with a strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance and operational resilience.
  • Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing organizational change within complex IT environments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and implementing open telemetry.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline integration, and process automation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Associate/Professional in Control M 21x) or equivalent experience are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive strategy: develop a holistic end-to-end Control M strategy aligning with organizational goals.
  • Roadmap development: create a forward-looking product roadmap for 1-3 years.
  • Vendor collaboration: serve as primary liaison with the Control M vendor, influencing their roadmap.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: engage stakeholders across departments.
  • Requirement gathering: work with business units and IT teams to refine requirements.
  • Effective communication: prepare presentations and briefings on strategy and roadmaps.
  • Relationship management: build strong inter-departmental relationships.
  • Testing, observability, automation: lead testing frameworks, monitoring systems, and automate operational tasks.

Feature Innovation & Self-Service Enablement:

  • Identify and prioritize new features based on feedback.
  • Develop self-service tools and automated solutions to improve user experience and compliance.
  • Define DevOps strategy, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored for Control M environments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
