Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions with strategic planning skills
• Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugins and automated testing frameworks
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and managing organizational change
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M are highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the Control M strategy aligning with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years
• Collaborate with vendors and influence their roadmap
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
• Communicate strategy and roadmap effectively across the organization
• Build strong relationships for successful adoption
• Lead testing strategies, including automation and environment setup
• Architect monitoring systems using tools like Splunk and ThousandEyes
• Automate operational processes to improve efficiency

• Identify and prioritize new features based on feedback
• Develop self-service tools for users and ensure compliance
