About the Role:-

Type: FTE or Subcontractor
Mode: Hybrid, 3 Days in office
Location: UK - Sheffield
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development
- Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plug-ins integration and automated testing frameworks
- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, understanding cybersecurity compliance and operational resilience
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and managing organizational change in complex IT environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and implementing open telemetry
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline integration, and process automation
- Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M, or equivalent experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop a comprehensive Control M strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Create and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, prioritizing features and enhancements
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to influence and improve Control M solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Prepare presentations and technical briefings to communicate strategies and roadmaps
- Build relationships across departments to facilitate collaboration
- Lead testing and observability initiatives, including automation and monitoring frameworks
- Design automated processes for operational tasks to improve efficiency
Feature Innovation & Self-Service:
- Identify and prioritize new features based on user feedback and market needs
- Develop self-service tools and automated solutions to improve user experience and compliance
- Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines for Control M
- Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored for Control M environments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
