About the Role:-

Type: FTE or Subcontractor

Mode: Hybrid, 3 Days in office

Location: UK - Sheffield

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development
• Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plug-ins integration and automated testing frameworks
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, understanding cybersecurity compliance and operational resilience
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and managing organizational change in complex IT environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and implementing open telemetry
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline integration, and process automation
• Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M, or equivalent experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop a comprehensive Control M strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Create and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, prioritizing features and enhancements
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to influence and improve Control M solutions
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Prepare presentations and technical briefings to communicate strategies and roadmaps
• Build relationships across departments to facilitate collaboration
• Lead testing and observability initiatives, including automation and monitoring frameworks
• Design automated processes for operational tasks to improve efficiency

Feature Innovation & Self-Service:

• Identify and prioritize new features based on user feedback and market needs
• Develop self-service tools and automated solutions to improve user experience and compliance
• Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines for Control M
• Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored for Control M environments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
