Job summary

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Rugby Borough Council for an enthusiastic Control Centre Operator to join their Sheltered Housing Team in Rugby. The role is onsite at Rugby Town Hall and paid at £13.47 per hour, with day shifts including some weekends (6am–6pm).

A full UK driving licence is required to respond to emergencies and assist with equipment installation or repair. Main duties include responding to calls, maintaining accurate records, and taking action to resolve

Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable adults.
• Call centre background.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls at the Control Centre and take appropriate action per policy.
• Call an ambulance, book an emergency visit or activate the Emergency Plan when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records of residents, calls, incidents and equipment.
