Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background to support major infrastructure, energy and natural resources programmes UK-wide. You will lead contract management, handle variations and claims, and provide robust commercial, cost and surveying expertise to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Background delivering major Infrastructure or Energy projects.
• Experience managing complex contracts, change control and commercial risk.
• Strong cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting skills.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience working on major infrastructure, energy or government programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support.
• Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
