Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background to support major infrastructure, energy and natural resources programmes across the UK. This role leads contract management and change control on high-value contracts, delivering robust commercial and cost surveying expertise.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, project teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure changes are assessed, governed and implemented while meeting programme

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Background delivering major infrastructure or energy projects.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Chartered status or working towards Chartership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support.
• Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Drive value, performance improvement and successful commercial outcomes.
