Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background to support major infrastructure, energy and natural resources programmes across the UK. You will lead contract management and change control across high-value contracts, providing robust commercial, cost and quantity surveying expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience working on major infrastructure, energy or government programmes.
• Strong understanding of commercial governance, procurement and change control processes.
• Experience managing supplier performance, KPIs and commercial assurance activities.
• Working knowledge of NEC3, NEC4 and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Experience leading commercial or quantity surveying workstreams.
• Chartered status or working towards Chartership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support.
• Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
