Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background to support major infrastructure, energy and natural resources programmes across the UK. You will lead contract management and change control, manage variations and claims, and provide cost and commercial reporting to ensure governance, value and risk management. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and Chartered status is desirable.
Qualifications
Experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
Experience delivering major Infrastructure or Energy projects.
Experience managing complex contracts, change control and commercial risk.
Strong cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting skills.
Knowledge of NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead contract management and change control across major projects.

Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
