Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background to support major infrastructure, energy and natural resources programmes across the UK. This role sits within the client team and leads contract management, change control, and commercial activities on complex, high‑value contracts.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, project teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure changes are identified, assessed and governed to deliver cost

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related discipline.
• Chartered status, or working towards Chartership, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support.
• Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Drive value, performance improvement and successful commercial outcomes.
