Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Contracts Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background to support major infrastructure, energy and natural resources programmes across the UK. The role leads contract management, change control and commercial activities across high-value contracts.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to ensure cost certainty, risk management and robust commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management for major infrastructure, energy and natural resources projects.
• Strong cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting skills.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Background delivering major Infrastructure or Energy projects.
• Professional Chartership (MRICS, MCICES, MCIPS or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support.
• Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Drive value, performance improvement and successful commercial outcomes.
