Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background to lead contract management and change control on major infrastructure and energy programmes across the UK.

You will collaborate with senior commercial stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to ensure contract changes are identified, assessed, governed and implemented, supporting cost certainty and risk management across complex, high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Background delivering major Infrastructure or Energy projects.
• Experience managing complex contracts, change control and commercial risk.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support.
• Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Drive value, performance improvement and successful commercial outcomes.
