Job summary

Peabody is hiring a Contract Manager to drive performance in our Repairs Team. You will oversee contractor delivery, monitor KPIs, and support service improvements to ensure quality housing maintenance and strong value for money across contracts.

The role involves working with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders, with travel to regional offices as needed. A full UK driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering contract management and service delivery in housing or property maintenance.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Good commercial awareness, including budget oversight and value for money.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in property services.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor performance, ensuring works are delivered on time, safely and to standard.
• Monitor KPIs and service delivery, driving improvements where needed.
• Lead contract review meetings, handle escalations and support complaint resolution.
• Use data and insights to improve service performance and customer outcomes.
