Contracts Manager (Manufacturing)

VANRATH is assisting a leading Manufacturing & Design company in recruiting a Contracts Manager. This company offers a fantastic culture and opportunities for progression.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with no weekend work. This is a permanent position based at the company's offices in Rasharkin / Ballymena.

The role provides growth opportunities and a negotiable salary plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet contractual obligations.
• Lead multiple contracts across Ireland and the UK, from mobilisation to handover.
• Interpret and manage contract terms, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and consultants to meet expectations.
• Contribute operational input to tenders and develop project execution strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality management plans.
• Maintain good industrial relations on projects.
• Prepare project update reports and develop detailed schedules with milestones.
• Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment.
• Manage RFI schedules, monitor work progress, and prepare client reports.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings and update procurement schedules.
• Manage the design review process.

The Ideal Person

• At least 3 years of Contracts Management or Senior Project Management experience in Construction or Installation.
• Knowledge of contracts management and site practices.
