WA Consultants in Middleton is seeking a Contracts Manager (Facilities Management) to own projects from enquiry to handover and final account. You will lead cradle-to-grave delivery across sites, ensuring quality, H&S and on-time outcomes.

You will take responsibility for contracts, survey works, scoping solutions, costing and quotes, coordinate subcontractors and monitor KPIs, reporting regularly to stakeholders.

I'm looking for an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from the first enquiry right through to handover and final account. If you're someone who likes seeing things through properly, enjoys juggling multiple sites, and knows Hard FM inside out, this could be right up your street.

What you'll be doing...

In short, you'll be running projects cradle to grave - managing the detail, the people, and the outcomes.

Day to day, that means:

• Taking full responsibility for your contracts, from point of sale to final account close
• Surveying works, scoping solutions, selecting equipment, costing and producing quotes
• Managing projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and H&S
• Supporting PPM planners and the service desk to allocate engineer resources effectively
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors and monitoring their performance
• Keeping a close eye on programmes, KPIs, compliance, quality, and health & safety
• Preparing project, programme, site, and management reports
