Our client is an established and growing specialist in Hard Facilities Management and Building Services, delivering planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, lifecycle replacement projects and compliance services to commercial property clients throughout the South East.

Due to continued growth and increasing demand from new & existing customers, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to strengthen their leadership team.
This is far more than a traditional contract management role.
You’ll become the primary point of contact for an established portfolio of commercial clients, working alongside experienced Account Managers, Engineers and Project Teams to deliver exceptional service while helping clients plan the future of their buildings.

You’ll manage a varied portfolio of Hard FM contracts across commercial buildings, taking responsibility for both operational delivery and commercial performance.
This role combines technical leadership, financial management and strategic client relationship development.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, oversee engineering teams, coordinate maintenance and project works, identify opportunities to improve building performance and ensure contracts continue to deliver outstanding value.
