300 North is recruiting a Contracts Manager for a growing Facilities Management business with ambitious plans for its new Hard FM division.
With a target of reaching £4 million in annual revenue within three years, this is an opportunity to take ownership of contract delivery and play a significant part in building the business. For the right person, there is a clear development path to Director level, linked to performance and contribution to the division's growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO of Facilities Services, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the division operates, develops its team and grows its client base.
£60,000-£65,000 salary.
£7,390 annual car allowance.
8% employer pension contribution, with a 5% employee contribution.

You'll manage multiple Hard FM contracts, taking responsibility for operational performance, technical standards, client relationships and profitability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Harrow is the base office, but you'll spend much of your time out on contracts, meeting clients and supporting your teams.
You'll bring at least five years' experience in contracts management, operations management or a similar Hard FM/M&E role, alongside strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
You'll be confident managing contract finances, leading operational teams and delivering against client expectations. Experience pricing works and managing statutory compliance is also important.
Above all, you'll have the ambition and drive to help build a business. You'll be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and developing the people around you, with the appetite to progress into a Director-level role as the division grows.
A relevant engineering, FM, commercial or professional qualification would be advantageous.
