Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus

Role

• Managing all aspects of contracts from the tender stage through to completion
• Contract supervision for refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems
• Monitoring site activity; organising site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks
• Organising delivery of all materials required on site and ensuring they arrive on time
• Keeping works moving smoothly and ensuring project deadlines are met while maintaining project cost plans
• Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project
• Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
• Managing pre-contract planning and liaison with estimators
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
• Working on projects ranging in value up to £1,000,000+

Requirements / Ideal Candidate

• Must have management or supervisor experience within the flat roofing market sector
• Preference for someone who has worked up from an installer of flat roofing systems
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Resilient individual who can handle queries in a professional manner
• Excellent communication across all levels, both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving licence
