Mtrp Ltd in West Yorkshire is recruiting a Contracts Manager to lead multiple projects, run site teams and deliver diverse schemes up to £10m. You will drive pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, cost control and safety standards are met across several sites.

You will oversee commercial interfaces, mobilise resources, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors, delivering projects on time and to the required quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong background in general building, including new build and refurbishment projects.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple projects at any one time.
• Experience across sectors such as industrial, leisure, healthcare or education would be advantageous.
• Confident managing Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams.
• Good understanding of construction programmes, commercial management and contractual requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Looking for a Contracts Manager role where you'll have the autonomy to run your own projects, manage your site teams and play a key role in the delivery of a varied workload? We're recruiting for an established regional main contractor looking to strengthen their operational team with an experienced Contracts Manager. With a strong presence across Yorkshire and the surrounding region, the business delivers a mix of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors on schemes up to £10m.
