MTRP Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager in West Yorkshire to oversee multiple projects, across various sites, from pre-construction through to handover. You will lead site teams, monitor programmes, costs, quality and health & safety, and build relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Contracts Manager | West Yorkshire | £70k - £80k + Car / Allowance + Package

Looking for a Contracts Manager role where you'll have the autonomy to run your own projects, manage your site teams and play a key role in the delivery of a varied workload?

We're recruiting for an established regional main contractor looking to strengthen their operational team with an experienced Contracts Manager.

With a strong presence across Yorkshire and the surrounding region, the business delivers a mix of new build and refurbishment projects across multiplesectorson schemes up to £10m.

The Role

• Take responsibility for multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Manage and support Site Managers and project delivery teams across several sites
