Job summary

MTRP Ltd, based in West Yorkshire, seeks a Senior Contracts Manager / Operations Manager to oversee delivery of multiple construction projects from inception to completion. The role collaborates with Contracts Managers, Project Managers and site teams to ensure safety, programme, budget and quality standards are met.

The candidate will maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships and work with the Managing Director to drive process improvements and business growth in varied sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager in a senior operational role.
• Strong main contracting background across general building projects.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple projects and managing delivery teams.
• Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors and senior management.

Responsibilities

Looking for an opportunity to step into a senior operational role with an established main contractor?

We're recruiting for a growing construction business based in West Yorkshire, delivering a varied workload across commercial, industrial, retail and education projects.

The business is looking to strengthen its senior management team with someone who can take responsibility for overseeing project delivery and supporting the continued development of its operations.

The Role

• Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects from start to completion
