Job summary

MTR Partnership in West Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager / Operations Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish. • Experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Manager or similar senior operational role.
• Strong main contracting background across general building projects.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple projects and managing delivery teams.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability.
• Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors and senior management.

Responsibilities

Looking for an opportunity to step into a senior operational role with an established main contractor?

We're recruiting for a growing construction business based in West Yorkshire, delivering a varied workload across commercial, industrial, retail and education projects.

The business is looking to strengthen its senior management team with someone who can take responsibility for overseeing project delivery and supporting the continued development of its operations.

The Role;

• Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects from start to completion
• Manage and support Contracts Managers, Project Managers and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality
