MTR Partnership is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead multiple construction projects across West Yorkshire. You will oversee site teams, manage programmes and monitor cost, quality and safety to ensure on-time delivery.

The role offers autonomy to run several smaller to medium-sized projects and involves close collaboration with clients, consultants and subcontractors in a busy regional contractor setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong background in general building, including new build and refurbishment projects.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple projects at any one time.
• Experience across sectors such as industrial, leisure, healthcare or education would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Site Managers and project delivery teams across several sites.
• Oversee programmes, resources, quality and health & safety.
• Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs, procurement and project performance.

• Monitor progress across live projects, identifying risks and resolving issues before they affect delivery.

Contracts Manager | West Yorkshire | £70k - £80k + Car / Allowance + Package

Looking for a Contracts Manager role where you'll have the autonomy to run your own projects, manage your site teams and play a key role in the delivery of a varied workload?

We're recruiting for an established regional main contractor looking to strengthen their operational team with an experienced Contracts Manager.

With a strong presence across Yorkshire and the surrounding region, the business delivers a mix of new build and refurbishment projects across multiplesectorson schemes up to £10m.

The Role;

• Take responsibility for multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Manage and support Site Managers and project delivery teams across several sites
