The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team overseeing multiple high-value traditional build projects across the South of the UK. This is a hands‑on role, offering a mix of site, office, and home‑based working, managing up to three projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee contracts across multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Monitor contract compliance, risk management, and financial performance.

Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance.

Travel between sites as required to maintain oversight of ongoing projects.
