This is a varied, fast-paced role combining client and temporary worker coordination, payroll administration, compliance, and customer service. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and accurate, but equally important is having the confidence and personality to communicate with clients and temporary workers throughout the day. There is also a significant amount of compliance, payroll information and paperwork involved, making excellent attention to detail essential. Previous experience of payroll input or timesheet processing is required, while a background in sales administration, recruitment, customer service or another client-facing administrative role would be advantageous.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are important, as is the ability to juggle several priorities at once, We need someone with energy, initiative and a strong work ethic who is not afraid to get involved, support the wider team and learn new things. If you have previously worked in sales administration or recruitment, even better - you already understand the importance of great customer service, strong relationships and making things happen.
Your responsibilities will include:
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5.00pm
If you are a confident people-person who is also a strong and accurate administrator, enjoy working in a busy environment and aren't afraid to pick up the phone and get things done, we would love to hear from you.
