We’re looking for a Contracts & Compliance Administrator to join the Finance Team in Manchester. This role can be undertaken as a full time 9 month fixed term contract, or on a permanent basis working part time 3 days per week.

As Contracts & Compliance Administrator you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day activities associated with onboarding of new contractors. Working through an inbox you’ll generate, amend and send contract paperwork to external contractors and clients providing GDPR and legislation advice where needed to ensure accurate contract paperwork is issued to contractors and clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that the Groups Business Standards are adhered to when reviewing placements, providing advice when required to external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain your knowledge of changes to legislation and support your team members in communicating and implementing compliance changes as required.
  • Utilise the Swipejobs Platform to support the business with extensions or new assignments, understanding the feed between the platform and our pay and bill system and processes to answer general queries.
  • Preparing weekly timesheets/ expense reports.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping of files, folders and policies and procedures, including supporting the business with audit requests.
  • Manage pre-employment screening, where applicable, for internal and external group clients, monitoring progress whilst adhering to SLA’s.
  • Support the Data Protection Officer in processing requests from candidates and clients on their rights within GDPR including Right to be Forgotten, Subject Access Requests and Right to Amend Information

Key skills, qualities and experience required

  • Contracts compliance experience from within a recruitment, consultancy or related business.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDPR, IR35 and data protection within the contractor recruitment industry.
  • Knowledge of Public Sector Frameworks would be a bonus.
  • Great communication skills, able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to change in a fast paced environment

The teams in Rethink Digital Gurus work in a Hybrid manner. You can expect to be in our brand new office in Manchester City Centre twice a week if undertaking a full time 9 month fixed term contract, or once a week if undertaking on a permanent basis working part time.
