Job Description:

Our teams help businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals every day.

You will be part of the Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS) team, which helps multi-jurisdictional businesses manage compliance and risk. You will liaise with Grant Thornton UK and International teams to ensure clients meet their compliance obligations within agreed SLAs. GCRS extends the client’s central team, covering tax, accounting, and payroll matters.

We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job sharing, to help you balance work and life.

About the role

As a Global Compliance Administrator within our GCRS team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading contract management duties to ensure quality support functions
  • Handling invoicing queries accurately and within deadlines
  • Monitoring multiple compliance deadlines across jurisdictions, managing the central dashboard for assigned clients
  • Supporting proposal compilation and administrative tasks for client delivery teams
  • Preparing documents for clients to meet timelines and SLAs
  • Collating global fee proposals and preparing materials for new opportunities
  • Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions
  • Maintaining regular contact with key client personnel and contacts at Grant Thornton firms
  • Engaging with fast-growing clients, helping them expand into new markets, and providing high-quality advice and support
Candidate requirements

Minimum criteria include:

  • Experience in finance or compliance environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to deliver quality work to deadlines

Strong communication skills are essential. Additional skills that are desirable include:

  • Experience with PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Good visualization and typography skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
