Location: Leicester (Hybrid)
Contract: Fixed-term, full-time maternity cover (approx. 12 months)
Standard Hours:9am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

We're looking for a detail-driven, organised and resilient multitasker to join our Assured Energy team as Contracts & Operations Administrator for a maternity cover with the potential to become permanent. This is a crucial role where accuracy meets efficiency – helping us deliver excellent service to customers and suppliers alike.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the go-to for keeping our operations running smoothly and accurately. From quality-checking contracts and maintaining CRM data, to supporting the sales team with tenders and reports, you’ll be at the heart of both process and performance. You’ll also help manage inbox queries and keep our systems and records in top shape.
What we’re looking for:
A natural organiser with eagle-eyed attention to detail
Confident communicator – whether over email, phone or supplier portals
Self-motivated and adaptable – things move quickly here
Team player who can juggle tasks and stick to deadlines
Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in an administrative or data entry role, with experience in the energy industry being a bonus
Essential skills:
Solid grasp of Excel and general IT tools
Excellent accuracy and data handling
Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently prioritise tasks
Resilient, reliable, always punctual, with a real team-first mindset
