You will maintain client communications, handle snagging and aftersales, resolve issues and support warranty enquiries, while mentoring a junior team if leading.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or contract management or coordination in a project-based environment.
• Highly organised and commercially aware.
• Confident communicating with customers and suppliers.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Practical and solutions focused.
• Capable of taking ownership and resolving problems.
• For Team Leader: experience in supervising or mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.
• Manage project programmes, costs, risks and variations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Coordinate snagging, completion and aftersales requirements.
• Resolve customer issues and support warranty enquiries.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Work closely with Sales, Design and Finance.
• Team Leader: provide guidance, mentoring and workload support to the team.
