Job description

Contract Administrator

Unity Recruitment is seeking a Contract Administrator for our client's leading Technology company.

This role is based in our client's office in Basingstoke.

The primary responsibility is to oversee the service contract portfolio within the business, issuing and updating existing contracts. While this is an administrative role, strong customer service skills are essential.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Issue accurate and timely proposals containing documentation relevant to each quotation.
  2. Work closely with the existing teams.
  3. Ensure all relevant CRM fields are accurately completed at all times.
  4. Follow up on contract renewals and after-service care.
  5. Raise contract renewal invoices as they fall due, ensuring data accuracy.
  6. Communicate with Regional Service Managers regarding contract renewals and invoicing.
  7. Update and maintain schedules of contracts for calculating deferred income and forecast.
  8. Maintain an accurate Service Contract Database using SAP software and keep hard copy files as necessary.
  9. Ensure interface between SAP and FSM is accurate and complete.
  10. Maintain the equipment list for all contracts on FSM.
  11. Allocate preventative maintenance calls to Engineers.
  12. Manage inbound customer calls and queries effectively.
  13. Work efficiently through large volumes of data.
  14. Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Support the company's maintenance of quality standards.
  16. Promote and protect the company's image and reputation.
  17. Perform any other duties as required, in consultation with management.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in office administration, processing quotes, orders, or renewals.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar software.
  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Numerical proficiency.
  • Good technical understanding and interest in diverse product ranges.
  • Outgoing, customer-driven personality.
Additional Details:
  • Salary: £28,000 per annum
  • Annual leave: 25 days
  • Location: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Employment type: Full-time, permanent
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
