Job summary

Beyond Housing is seeking a contractor manager to oversee energy efficiency retrofit works across homes, including insulation, low-carbon heating and solar PV. You will ensure safety, quality and CDM compliance while coordinating with internal teams and contractors to deliver projects from mobilisation to handover.

The role focuses on performance management, health and safety oversight, and successful delivery within a decarbonisation programme.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple contractors in asset sustainability projects.
• Ability to manage health and safety and ensure CDM compliance.
• Track record delivering projects from mobilisation to handover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee insulation, low-carbon heating, solar PV and M&E works by contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to high quality standards.
• Monitor performance, safety, QA and compliance throughout delivery.
