Job summary

CCS is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee retrofit and energy efficiency projects across the UK. You will manage operatives on site, ensure CDM and health & safety compliance, and coordinate with clients and residents to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role involves managing whole-house improvements in occupied and void properties, auditing staff, and reporting progress to the contracts manager. A strong focus on quality, documentation, and stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS working towards SMSTS.
• Understanding of Electrical, Mechanical or Fabric installations.

Responsibilities

• Managing work programs for retrofit social housing and energy efficiency projects.
• Creates and revises systems and procedures to provide cost savings.
• Reporting progress and liaising with contracts manager and residents for smooth delivery.
• Ensures quality by auditing onsite staff and compliance with procedures.
• Manages site inductions, H&S practices and external audits.
• Captures and reports on variations and maintains KPI compliance.
