Job summary

Beyond Housing is seeking a Contractor Manager within Asset Sustainability to oversee insulation, low-carbon heating, and solar PV works across our homes. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards, working with contractors and internal teams from mobilisation through to handover.

Based in the UK, the role requires strong performance management, health and safety leadership, and CDM compliance to deliver impactful decarbonisation outcomes for

• Manage performance, health and safety, CDM compliance, and quality assurance from mobilisation to handover.

• Oversee contractor delivery and ensure compliance with health and safety and CDM requirements.
• Monitor performance against project milestones and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth mobilisations and handovers.
• Lead on risk management and continuous improvement across projects.

Job description

Become an integral part of Beyond Housing’s decarbonisation journey by supporting the delivery of energy efficiency and retrofit improvements across our homes.

As contractor manager within asset sustainability, you will provide oversight of contractors delivering insulation, low-carbon heating, solar PV and associated M&E works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with contractors and internal teams, you will be responsible for performance management, health and safety, CDM compliance, quality assurance and successful project delivery from mobilisation through to handover.
